Grant Strategist

The Grant Sherpa / Who we are

A fast growth team who wants to make a difference in the innovation space in Canada by helping startups and scale ups improve how they fund their ventures with a focus on access to non-dilutive funding (aka grants).

We know the funding roadmap is the biggest hurdle most companies face. We want to change that. Since 2015 we have been behind the scenes as the extra set of hands to support innovation companies across Canada with strategy and hands-on support to close grant funding.

The opportunity to support business innovation is everything to us. To ensure our client success we strive to speed up access to the right resources at the right time. This is our magic. We listen for and learn about new resources (local, provincial and federal) that can support our existing clients and keep us primed to serve new clients who are looking for options. Our goal is to work long term with our clients serving them at every stage of growth.

Core to economic growth in any country is innovation. We are involved in the innovation community and get to know key stakeholders in a number of business areas. We are tapped into the who’s who and help make connections so our business clients get results. As a result of our success, most new clients are referred by our fans or our resource network.

As grants are only one way to fund growth, we also help connect our clients to the money supply chain (banks and capital investors) to ensure they realize their goals. Doing what’s right for people is what matters.

When our clients win, we win, and Canada wins.
