As an Administrative Assistant at our fast-growing innovation-focused firm, you'll support startups and scale-ups in securing non-dilutive funding across Canada. With 2-3 years of administrative experience, you'll handle tasks like client engagement agreements, data entry, and internal communication, working remotely for 15-25 hours per week. Proficiency in G Suite is strongly preferred, with experience in HubSpot and QuickBooks being an asset.
