    Job Description:

    Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Director of Marketing to support the company's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and communicating with customers and other departments.

    Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

    Database Marketing

    Build and Maintain customer databases
    Analyze customer data to develop targeted campaigns
    Plan and execute email, phone, and SMS targeted campaigns

    Marketing Analysis

    Collect and analyze marketing data
    Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness
    Identify trends and opportunities for optimization

    Marketing Optimization

    Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness
    Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

    Customer Communication

    Develop and execute email and other customer communication campaigns
    Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
    Recruitment marketing management and social media ads

    Internal Communications

    Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals
    Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders via monthly newsletters and quarterly townhalls
    Act as liaison between marketing and other departments as needed

    Qualifications:

    Must Haves -

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    1-2 Years of experience in Marketing or a related field
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Experience with email marketing and CRM software
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Assets -

    Experience with HVAC industry or related field
    Service Titan experience/knowledge
    Experience with marketing automation software
    Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
